The Brainfish platform's Zendesk import functionality has undergone further refinement. Following your feedback, we've fine-tuned the import process, making it even more streamlined for our users. We have worked to provide a more quick and reliable procedure for importing content seamlessly from Zendesk into Brainfish.
In our ongoing mission to give you a smooth, hassle-free experience, this week saw us focusing on ironing out several bugs that had snuck into our system. We're committed to maintaining a tidy, efficient platform, so we've been on a bug bashing spree, exterminating any pesky issues that were affecting Brainfish's performance.

This week, the Brainfish team has focused on enhancing our user's experience, and increasing platform stability.
We have updated our website content to align with our new brand messaging. This change brings more clarity about our vision, values, and the unique benefits that Brainfish brings to the field of AI-operated Customer Service.
In order to ensure superior readability, design consistency, and user experience across our app, we have updated all fonts within the Brainfish platform.
Bugs aren't fun, and we've worked hard at making sure that your Brainfish experience is smooth sailing. This week, we've made multiple improvements to increase the robustness and performance of our in-product widgets, leading to faster load times and more reliable operation.
Our developers have been working tirelessly to improve our system monitoring capabilities. As a result, we have enhanced our backend DevOps monitoring and observability tools to help facilitate smarter, more reactive decision making.

The Brainfish team has been hard at work this week.
To make navigation easier and more intuitive within the Brainfish Platform, we've added region flag indicators to the Article Breadcrumbs. Additionally, Europe has now been added as a region option.
Ever wished you could jump directly to a specific region in your Help Center? Wish granted! With our latest update, users can navigate directly to a chosen region by simply adding a suffix of "/?region=US" (change "US" to your desired region code).

Introducing Real-Time Question Autocomplete
We're raising the bar with this major new feature rolled into our AI platform. Now, while your customers are typing in their queries, Brainfish will instantly generate suggestions based on your Help Center content. This way, we're not just guiding your customers on the potential questions they can ask, but also shaping their whole interaction experience with a Brainfish Help Center.
Bug Fixes
A handful of minor bugs were identified and our team squashed them neatly. Your Brainfish experience should now be bug-free!
Enhanced Tracking System
We've beefed up our tracking capabilities to provide more in-depth data and analytics.
