Support for importing internal Zendesk content and general improvements

Internal Zendesk Content Import: Brainfish now supports importing internal Zendesk content right into Brainfish. This function significantly streamlines the content transfer process, making it easier for Zendesk users to switch to Brainfish.

General Improvements: As part of our ongoing commitment to improve user experience, several tweaks have been made across the board. You may notice some subtle changes in our user interface that make Brainfish more intuitive and user-friendly. Intent classification rolled out in background

In a step towards increasing the precision of our AI, we've quietly rolled out the Intent Classification feature in the backend. This new feature enables Brainfish to not only understand the customer's query but also interpret the underlying intent of the question. Understanding this can help customers in future to customise their responses to cater to the specific needs or concerns raised by the customer.
